FOR WEB ORDERS:RETURNS & DEFECTIVES
If unhappy with your order, return it to us with a copy of your receipt, and we will give you a full merchandise refund. (Please note the exceptions in the following paragraph.) Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase date. Return a defective item with a clear ID of the defect within 30 days—we’ll gladly replace it with a new copy. Opened Audios, Videos, Tarot/Oracle sets and the like are returnable only if defective.
PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS Only credit-card payments can easily handle changing prices, currencies, taxes, and shipping costs. However, we also accept cheques (with your address & phone number on them), drawn on a Canadian bank, and bank or postal money orders. Orders from U.S.: payment must be by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian Dollars.
Discounts (non-cumulative): 5+ of same title, $250+ per order (before tax), Seniors (65+), and non-profit societies: 10%. Public, School, Prison, & Hospital Libraries: 20%.
We will backorder to ship later any titles temporarily out of stock, and you may cancel your backorders at any time. At your request, we will ship your order C.O.D. within Canada only. It will cost you an additional $7.00.
