TRANSMISSION |
Do you want to help the world and build a stronger connection with your own spiritual nature at the same time?
TRANSMISSION is a unique form of group meditation during which great spiritual energies of light, love & synthesis that stream into our planet are stepped down & released through the energy centres of the participants. This process has a transformative effect on humanity as well as the individuals in the group. Join Gary Dorko for an introduction & hands-on experience of this potent form of group meditation. cookWho:
cooking to seed, cultivate, and share joy |
Patti DeSante, a recent graduate from Upaya Zen Center’s Buddhist Chaplaincy’s first cohort, will share her work in contemplating warriorship & cultivating authentic presence in the kitchen. As a passionate advocate for youth & young adults, Patti cooks & offers meditation at a local youth crisis center. Her chaplaincy is dedicated to exploring how an integral approach to food & cooking as practice, can act to catalyze, empower and support street-wise youth stepping into leadership roles. Patti will share her integral evolutionary approach to cooking as practice and as a means to step into planetary adulthood & health.
