Catherine Cook-Cottone, PhD, is associate professor at the University at Buffalo, State University at New York, as well as practicing psychologist. She has written two books on mindfulness and yoga for self-regulationone for mental health professional and one for school personnel. Cook-Cottone is on the scientific program committee for the Symposium on Yoga Research and a consultant to the United Nations Foundation, UNICEF, Africa Yoga Project, and is founder and president of Yogis in Service, Inc.

Rebecca K. Vujnovic, PhD, is clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo, State University at New York, as well as the program director for the school of psychologys MA program. In addition, Vujnovic maintains a small private practice, specifically working with children using mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety, stress, and worry.
