Mary NurrieStearns, LCSW, RYT, is a yoga teacher and psychotherapist with a counseling practice in Tulsa, OK, who travels nationally teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. For ten years, she was editor of Personal Transformation magazine. Now, NurrieStearns is coauthor of Soulful Living and has produced numerous CDs on yoga and meditation as healing practices. With her husband, Rick NurrieStearns, she leads transformational meditation and yoga retreats. Rick NurrieStearns is a meditation teacher, business owner, and was publisher of the personal and spiritual growth magazines Lotus and Personal Transformation. He was also coauthor of Soulful Living. NurrieStearns has studied Buddhism, Taoism, and yoga philosophy and meditation for more than thirty-five years. He co-leads transformational meditation and yoga retreats with his wife, Mary NurrieStearns.
