6:30pm to 8:00pm

Banyen Books & Sound
3608 West 4th Ave.

Join us as we welcome back to Vancouver traditional Curandero Jhaimy Alvarez-Acosta from Cusco, Peru. Jhaimy will be sharing the heart-based wisdom teachings of his Elders and Ancestors as connected to the Sacred Temples of the Andes and the Apus - Mountain Spirits. Transmissions of this traditional wisdom are intended to bring about a deeper connection with your heart, so that you can live more fully in the present moment with reverence for yourself and for Mother Earth/Pachamama.

Each Wisdom talk is a unique experience and transmission of Sacred Knowledge; bringing about harmony, a sense of well-being and inner connection to those who are a part of each gathering. Opening prayer followed by Wisdom teachings and Q&A.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with several shaman and healers from around the world.  None surpass the wisdom, love and innate healing skills of Jhaimy Alvarez- Acosta.  As a guide and healer on our annual pilgrimage to Machu Picchu, Jhaimy has helped hundreds of our fellow travelers enrich their lives through his sharing of the spiritual teachings of the Andes.”
