Pamela Sackett, emotion literacy advocate, performer and language artist, presents from her latest revelatory and touching book, Booing Death (with Spilkes and Rhyme). Her monologues, dialogues, poems and stories take you on a ride: tender feelings, chaos, indignation, rage, wishful fancies, blessed humor, hope, and, perhaps, acceptance. Author reading punctuated, musically, with brief ambient interludes followed by Q & A.

For anyone who grew up with mums the word about death, be ready for a good out loud, rhythmic rebellion!

Pamela Sackett is a writer, teaching artist and performer. 
Pamela founded Emotion Literacy Advocates™ (ELA), an arts-based non-profit organization with which she produces learning tools for schools, broadcast media and social service agencies in the western US, Canada & Mexico. Pamela is the 2013 recipient of Antioch University Seattle's Distinguished Alumni Award. Pamela's series of theatrical monologue books, Two Minutes To Shine, are published and distributed by Samuel French, New York.
