Publisher’s Description:

"Otto" refers to osteophonic tuning forks, which means using sound to vibrate bones.

The Otto Tuners are different octaves of the note "C" in the Pythagorean Scale. The frequencies are 32 hz, 64 hz and 128 hz.

They are the 3 octaves below middle "C" and vibrate at fewer cps (cycles per second) than the two "C" notes of the Harmonic Spectrum Set. They are meant to be used directly used on the body to help align the body's physical structure.

The sound the Otto Tuners emit vibrates directly into the bones to relax, align and restore health to bone, nerves, lymph and surrounding body tissue.

They stimulate the nerves and vibrate the bones with deep grounding Earth tones, facilitating the release of tension from the body, bringing a sense of deep relaxation and calming peace.

The Otto 128 (used by itself) or C & G Tuners (used together) create the Perfect Fifth interval (3:2), which creates harmony and balance by unifying opposite energies. They balance the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), that is the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, thereby restoring equilibrium, neutrality and integrity to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies (PEMS). Read more about the Perfect Fifth here.

The Otto Tuners can relieve:

  • tension in muscle and connective tissue
  • muscle spasms
  • pain

They can improve circulation by:

  • relaxing constricting muscle and connective tissue
  • promoting increased blood flow to skin, hair and other bodily tissues

And very importantly they can:

  • relieve shock and trauma by balancing the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)
  • assist in the healing of bones and other connective tissues

Available in three frequencies: C - 128 Hz, C - 64 Hz & C - 32 Hz

C - 128 Hz (High)

The Otto 128 resonates to the Perfect Fifth vibration , which makes it a universal tuning fork, helpful for most anything. The C & G Tuners also create a Perfect Fifth wave.

The Otto 128 hz tuning fork balances the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), which is comprised of the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous systems. Sometimes one can get stuck in a Sympathetic nervous system loop, which is often caused by shock or trauma. This reaction is called the "fight or flight" response. The Otto 128 can allow the stuck Sympathetic Nervous System to release, signal the body to move into the "rest and relax" Parasympathetic Nervious System, and allow the normal appropriate free flow between the nervous systems.

Research shows that the Otto 128 (as well as the C & G Tuners), when used correctly, increases nitric oxide which allows for the healthy functioning of our bodily systems as well as tissue healing. Nitric Oxide allows the body to gently move into the Parasympathetic "rest and relax" mode which create an optimum environment for bodily cells to function and heal.

HOW TO USE: For balancing the ANS, use the Otto 128 (or Otto 64) by placing the activated fork's stem end on the sacrum. Effective when placed on the rib heads, thorasic vertebrae, sternum, and illiums (otherise known as the "hip" bones). The Otto 128 is used to heal not only bone tissue, but any connective tissue. Two 128 Ottos tapped gently and held a few inches from the ears create a beautiful sustained low tone which is excellent for grounding and relaxation. Do a single point only once or twice a day and only 2 times on each point, otherwise the beneficial nitric oxide may decrease rather than increase.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: DO NOT use the Otto 128 on a broken or fractured bone, as this can cause further bone damage. Rather, use the tuning fork on an area near the bone injury to increase nitric oxide to support tissue healing. Medical professionals often use the Otto 128 to diagnose broken bones and neuropathy.

C - 64 Hz (Medium)
Especially effective when placed on the sacrum and coccyx/sacrum joint and lower lumbar vertebrae. Like the Otto 128, it helps loosen the sacral ligaments as well as stimulating and balancing the gagleon of impar, a center which controls the balance between the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems, so this fork could be very useful for emotional or physical trauma.

And since it is also a deep Earth tone, it would be good for relaxation and grounding as well. Use on the body as noted below and/or a few inches from the ears. If comfortable for the receiver, the Otto 64 may also be used on the perineum for deep relaxation of the entire pelvic cavity and the root and sacral chakras.

HOW TO USE: Use the Otto 64 by placing the activated fork's stem end on the sacrum, coccyx/sacrum joint or lower lumbar vertebrae. Do a single point only once or twice a day and only 2 times on each point.

C - 32 Hz (Low)
An amazing fork, about 16" long, that for most people is below the range of human hearing and yet it emits an incredible sound from the air that moves as a result of toning this fork. It vibrates the deepest of the Earth tones, therefore it is an extremely useful tuning fork for grounding energy.

In the book Human Tuning, John Beaulieu says the Otto 32 is for "stimulating and balancing peripheral nerves, lymphatic flow and cranial suture mobility".

Works with skin and hair to stimulate nerves for skin conditions and potential hair growth.

HOW TO USE: There are detailed protocols in the book mentioned above for lymphatic drainage and cranial suture movement. For a deep sense of relaxation and grounding, use 2-3 inches from the ears and on the feet, pubic bone, coccyx and/or perineum. Use on the body wherever you wish to stimulate nerves.
